Mohammed Siraj ha prometido trabajar en su bateo después de una derrota desgarradora en la prueba de la 3ra de Ind vs Eng en Lord’s
Mohammed Siraj was inconsolable as he sunk to the ground after India suffered a narrow 22-run defeat at Lord’s. Siraj put in a valiant survival effort with Ravindra Jadeja, before an unfortunate end to his end saw England claim a 2-1 series lead. Now ahead of the IND vs ENG 4th Test, the Indian pacer added that the bowlers were batting in the nets to further shore up their skills in Manchester.
If we would have won, we’d be 2-1: Mohammed Siraj on Lord’s heartbreak
Mohammed Siraj was the last batter dismissed at Lord’s and was in tears after the game. Now, a week later, he will be key to India’s chances in Manchester with his side aiming to level the series. A defeat would see Shubman Gill and Co concede the Anderson-Tendulkar Trophy. With the stakes high, Siraj admitted that the bowlers were putting in the hard yards with the bat in the nets.
“I am very emotional. It could have been 2-1. Jaddu bhai fought so hard but then I told myself the series isn’t over & I will work on my batting. We’ve been working hard on our batting since the Australia tour, losing by 22 runs was heartbreaking,” Siraj said in his press conference
