The junior team, with stars like Ayush Mhatre and Vaibhav Suryavanshi, is on a 1-month tour of England. Slated to play 7 matches (5 youth ODIs and 2 youth tests), India U19 is currently ahead by 2-1 in the 50-over series.

Although they weren’t in the audience on the first day of the India vs England 2nd Test, the up-and-coming stars watched captain Shubman Gill and Ravindra Jadeja score 104 runs just on the second day. In total, they scored 203 runs together and took India from a precarious position, 211/5, to a comfortable one, 414/5.
The India U19 will travel to Worcester soon, as they face England U19 in the fourth Youth ODI at New Road on July 5. But for today, they’ll kick their feet up and watch the senior team.
